Terms & Conditions

By scheduling service or approving work, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Services

All HVAC services are based on the condition of the system at the time of inspection. Additional issues may be discovered during service.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All pricing is based on inspection and may change if additional work is required. Final approval will be obtained before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

4. Appointments

Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Repairs & Installations

Repairs address identified issues but may not resolve all underlying problems. Installations are completed according to industry standards.

6. Warranties

Labor and equipment warranties are provided as applicable. Warranty does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Liability

CAE is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden issues. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
